Top 10 Questions You Absolutely Have to Ask Your Firm:
1- How many leads are you going to give me on a monthly basis?
CREE has 10,000s and thousands of buyers and sellers in our database and agents get hundreds of leads a month!
2- Can I speak with at least three first year agents like myself to understand their experience? (Demand this….. non negotiable)
CREE: Feel free to speak with our entire team! We crush it! We’ve had agents sell close to 50 homes in their first full year!!
3- If you are looking at a team…. ask if the team leader is in production. Why? This is crazy important. If they are, you are in competition with them for the higher priced leads and listings.
CREE: Dan is not in production so you are not in competition with him.
4- Are there desk fees?
CREE has no desk fees and if there are fees I would be very reluctant…..
5- Do I have a coach? How many houses do they sell?
Coaches on our team and leadership have coached top team leaders and top agents around the country!! Dan sold 60 plus houses a year and set his team up with another 30 plus deals the same year.
